Our journey to ignite your change
Ten years ago, I lost everything. I knew I had to change, but I didn’t know how. With no family guidance and no roadmap, I had only myself to figure it out. I dedicated the next decade to understanding the human mind — earning eight diplomas and over 100 certificates in brain science, psychology, counselling, and therapy. Through trial, error, and relentless learning, I discovered what truly works: not temporary motivation, but real, lasting behavioural change.
I know how hard the journey can be, and I also know how painful it is to go through it alone. That’s why I created The Habit Catalyst: to save others years of struggle, to give meaning to my own pain, and to guide people toward change that actually sticks. This isn’t about quick fixes, dopamine spikes, or motivational hype — it’s about understanding how and why your brain works so you can train it to work for you.
Over the years, I’ve applied these principles in challenging real-world environments: from brain injury units to highly aggressive learning disability homes. I’ve helped clients reduce destructive behaviours, make better life choices, and manage themselves more effectively — while leading teams to create positive, lasting change.
